secbox desktop gets 3G treatment
All desktop series secboxes that have been upgraded with the latest firmware now have 3G capabilities.
As an added feature, Navayo's latest firmware includes an upgrade for all secbox desktop series devices with 3G modules. This enables the user to connect a 3G modem to the device, providing secure connectivity on-the-go. The new feature not only allows greater mobility for desktop series owners, but greater network accessibility if used as a fallback network connection. "A USB 3G modem can be used as a secondary network connection on the secbox along the ethernet connection. This allows the user to create a fallback network if the ethernet network goes down, maximizing the availability of the secure network created by Navayo's proprietary MVCN technology." said Gabor Kuti, CEO of Navayo Technologies.
